B.Hemstreet looking for students ‘62-’64

November 12, 2009 Letters No Comments

Recently GMT received a letter from Bob Hemstreet looking for former students who might still be living in the Globe area to contact him. Here is what he wrote to us: “…I taught vocal music at globe High school in the years of 1962-1963 and 1963-1964. During my time in Globe our choirs had top honors in the Music Festivals sponsored by the Arizona Choral Music Educators. We presented the Gilbert & Sullivan, “The Mikado”, the next year we wrote our own musical, which was a great hit…” He would enjoy hearing from any former student and may be reached rhemstreet30@yahoo.com.
