A New Media guru Andy Beal (Radically Transparent)  talks to those now writing blogs (he is outside the mainstream media)  and says the most important thing is to write with an authentic voice. Your voice. Your opinion. Let the chips fall where they may, but let them be based on whether you agree or disagree with the writer&#039;s point of view. The problem with mainstream media is we are led to believe that someone like a Rush Limbaugh represents anything resembling real news. He represents his own voice - which is fine. The problem comes with the assumption that he represents &quot;news&quot;. In fact, the definition of &quot;NEWS&quot; is very subjective. One man&#039;s &quot;news&quot; is another man&#039;s &quot;trash.&quot;</description>
